Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Hampshire seeks an experienced Rooms Division Manager (Front of House Manager) to oversee their busy front of house team. Previous Duty Management experience within 4*5 hotels is essential. You will be responsible for maximising yield, Rev PAR and ARR and maximising occupancy. You need to have excellent man-management skills and experience of doing interviews and appraisals as you will be looking after reception, concierge, housekeeping and night staff. You must have used Fidelio in a previous role. Good organisational ability, smart appearance and excellent communication skills are necessary. First Aider would be preferred.
